Creeping steadily past middle age, having been a teacher, raising 3 

kids and finally joining the Realtor ranks in ’93, I found my present calling.

Diamond River Realty LLC was my baby 6 years ago.  I had worked for 2 real estate franchises and built a stand-alone company from 3 Realtors to 12.  Then it was my turn to be the Boss.

Except in this business our clients are THE BOSS.

The objective of Diamond River Realty and my personal objective is to give customers and clients

the very best service possible.  That is  why Kim Brown joined me 4 years ago.

We are wired the same way.   Together we came up with our mission statement:

 "Integrity, Service, Loyalty and Personality.

Diamond River Realty is based in lovely downtown Keene NH.  We work out of my 1850's home but have the latest in equipment and marketing ideas.  While I have lived here full time from 1980,

Kim is also well-versed in the Monadnock Region market, having lived here since 1999. 

I hold a Buyer Broker Certificate and an LMC.  Kim is a staging expert .

To make us real we both garden, Kim keeps chickens and I am an elected member of the City Council. Our people skills, honed separately, but nonetheless similarly, include time spent living overseas in various countries.  We welcome customers and clients from all socioeconomic groups and deal only with a few people at a time so we can give our very best.  We even give away diamonds at closing!
